We ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days within Belgium and 5-7 business days for international orders. Free shipping on all orders over €75.
What is your return policy?
We offer 14-day hassle-free returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Simply contact us at caviar-caramel@outlook.com to initiate a return.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, unisex fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more oversized look or sizing down for a fitted feel.
Where are your products made?
All Caviar & Caramel pieces are designed and produced in Belgium. We work closely with local manufacturers and prioritise quality craftsmanship and sustainable production practices.
What materials do you use?
We use premium, carefully selected fabrics for every piece. The exact material composition is listed on each product page. We are committed to sourcing sustainable and certified materials wherever possible.
