At Caviar & Caramel, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage cannot be accepted.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns must be shipped to Belgium unless otherwise instructed.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering their own return shipment costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Caviar & Caramel cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size or style, please return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must remain:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With tags attached
• In original packaging


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
